These terms govern your use of luthermeb.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Project-specific terms (deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual property) are covered separately in our Statement of Work, which is signed with each client at the start of a project.
Use of this site
You may view, download, and share content from this site for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any photographs, films, or written content for commercial use without our written permission. Imagery and video on this site is the property of LutherMEB Productions Ltd unless credited otherwise.
Our work for clients
All commercial work is delivered under a written Statement of Work or contract agreed between LutherMEB Productions Ltd and the client. Specifics on scope, fees, payment terms, revisions, usage rights, and intellectual property are addressed there. Standard rights include UK paid media usage for the campaign duration agreed at the contract. Broadcast, OOH, international, and extended-window usage are quoted separately. Full buyout and exclusivity are available on request.
Liability
LutherMEB Productions Ltd carries £10m public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates are available on request. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
