TLDR - Investing in video packages in London costs £3,500 to £25,000+ in 2026

  • Single-day packages start at £3,500

  • Campaign packages run £8,000 to £20,000

  • Flagship and broadcast productions start from £25,000.

The levers that move price are shoot days, talent, locations, specialised equipment and usage rights.

Almost nobody in London publishes these numbers. We do, because guessing at budgets wastes everyone's time, and studios that hide pricing are usually hiding margin. Here is what each package contains, what actually moves the price, and how to pick the tier that fits your brief.

What do corporate video packages cost in 2026?

Corporate video covers a huge range of briefs, which is why the honest answer is a range and not a number. A two-minute film shot in your office is a different production to a multi-site brand story with drone work and a presenter. Across the wider London market, commercial projects run £3,500 to £50,000+; the packages below are where most corporate briefs land.

The single-day package starts at £3,500. One shoot day, one location, a lean, director-led 1-person crew, and a finished film, usually including platform cutdowns. This tier covers most internal comms, recruitment films, facility tours, and most event coverage. It is the workhorse of corporate video, and for many businesses it is all they need.

Campaign packages run £8,000 to £20,000. Two to five shoot days, proper pre-production, and a set of deliverables built for an actual campaign rather than a single upload: a hero film plus the cutdowns, verticals, and stills your channels need. Flagship productions start at £25,000 and go up with ambition: named talent, multiple locations, broadcast-standard delivery. If your film is going on TV or fronting a national campaign, you are here or above.

Examples of Work - LutherMEB Productions Showreel

Our showreel (below) showcases work ranging in budget from £5,000 to £50,000. It covers a range of video styles from product teasers to industry interviews, fashion campaigns, explainers and corporate event coverage.

    What's inside each package?

£3,500: A single-day shoot typically includes the director, a DP, a full camera package (Sony FX3 or equivalent), lighting, sound, and on-set production support. Post covers the edit, a colour grade, licensed music, and a set of platform cutdowns. Two rounds of revisions come as standard from most production companies, and first cut lands within ten to twenty working days.

£8,000-£20,000: Campaign packages add the machinery a bigger production needs: a written treatment before anyone touches a camera, casting and location sourcing through established London agencies, multi-day scheduling, and a deliverables matrix agreed up front. Most London-based production companies provide the hero film plus platform-native versions cut for each channel: 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 4:5 for Meta feed, horizontal for YouTube and sometimes GIFs suitable for web and email.

£25,000 - £50,000: Flagship productions add named talent and their licensing agreements, multiple or international locations, and broadcast masters delivered to spec: Rec.709 and Rec.2020 colour, ProRes 4444 masters, caption files, audio to BBC and Sky standards. Usage rights and buyouts are negotiated before the contract, not discovered after delivery.

What moves the price up or down?

Shoot days, travel and crew are the biggest levers when it comes to price. Crew, kit, and locations are day-rated, so a second day moves the number more than any other decision you will make at the bottom of the budget range. The good news: a well-planned single day produces more than most companies expect. We regularly deliver a hero film and ten-plus cutdowns from one day because the pre-production did its job; learn more about our work here.

Talent and usage rights are the second lever. Real employees on camera cost nothing beyond their time. Professional presenters and actors carry day rates plus usage fees, and those fees scale with where the film runs and for how long. UK paid media for a campaign window is standard; broadcast, out-of-home, and international usage are quoted separately. Ask your video production partner about usage early, because it can change the talent budget more than the talent themselves do.

Locations and travel are the third. Your own premises cost nothing. Hired studios, location fees, and travel days all add line items.

What does not move the price: revisions (two rounds are included with us), project management (included in all our productions), and the quote itself (free and provided within 48 hours). If a studio charges you to find out what they charge, look elsewhere.

How to choose the right tier for you

If the film is internal or single-purpose, start at a single day. Recruitment, onboarding, internal comms, a factory or facility story, event coverage: one well-planned day mostly covers it. The most common mistake at this tier is overbuying because a bigger studio talked the brief up. A £3,500 day that ships beats a £15,000 concept that stalls in approvals.

If the film has an audience you are paying to reach, buy the campaign tier. The moment media spend is behind a film, the cutdowns and platform variants stop being nice-to-haves and become the whole point. Producing one asset to sponsor via paid channels is not advised; put simply, you’re not getting the most juice from the squeeze.

One hero film with nothing to feed the channels is a campaign with one leg. This is also the tier where a second shoot day usually earns its keep, because variety of setting is what keeps paid creative from fatiguing.

If the film is fronting the brand on broadcast or a national push, it is a flagship brief, and the conversation starts with usage and talent rather than shot lists. Whichever tier you think you are in, send us your brief, and we will tell you straight, including when the cheaper tier is the right call.

    The Bottom Line

Corporate video in London does not need mystery pricing.

£3,500 buys a lean director-led crew for a single day that covers most internal briefs.

£8,000 to £20,000 buys a campaign with the deliverables to feed every channel.

£25,000+ buys talent, scale, and broadcast delivery.

We publish the numbers because the brands we work with, from Smurfit Westrock to Williams Racing, make better decisions when they have them.
